Even with the latest technology, you need a surrogate mother to give birth to a child.
You can do away with sex by in vitro methods, but not with child birth, except perhaps by invasive surgery.
I thought u said people go for more than 1 child
By the way the pleasure with more than 1 child is that the mom can distribute the work to all of them
And the pain is the dad pays for all their stuff
